We will work with you prior to your purchase of a rental property to help evaluate any prospective rental property and give an evaluation from a property manager's perspective. We conduct extensive screening on all prospective tenants in compliance with all laws and regulations. Maintenance
We conduct inspections at move-in and move-out of a tenant to document conditions at the start and end of the tenancy. Additionally we conduct periodic inspections to ensure the property is in good condition and the tenants are abiding by the lease terms. This includes documentation of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
