Do you sell real estate too?
No. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Our normal pay date is the 10th of each month or second business day if the 10th lands on a holiday or weekend. -
How is rent collection handled?
We allow in person, online and mail in receipt of rent payments. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically we do 12 month leases but that can change due to time of year the vacancy happens. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Equal to one month rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start as soon as we have a contract in place to represent you. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Multifamily complexes, multiplexes, townhomes, single family homes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We send a report to you the same day that you are paid rent, typically on the 10th of each month. This allows you to see the full accounting for the property in comparison to the funds that you just received.
Owner Statements are emailed monthly and are also available through our online Owner Portal. Additionally, if you are in need of more detailed reports ( i.e. 12 month Cash flow for taxes, occupancy reports, maintenance reports we can generate those reports at your request). -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold that in a state monitored Security Deposit Trust Account. -
